Meet the women behind Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses, Lisa (left) and Gabe (right). These extraordinary, compassionate and talented women have been building and creating incredible tiny houses at an affordable cost for their community for many years. Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses makes it a priority to show living tiny can be affordable and allow life to be less stressful and more happy.

With housing being so scarce in the community, Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses want to show that having a roof over your head is an essential element to having a quality life, and it shouldn’t cost you your whole pay check to have.

Based out of Southern Oregon and established in 2015 by Lisa, Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses was a way of showing that having less could feel like more. Not in materialistic things but in life. As Lisa transitioned from a Travelling Lab Tech to a full time tiny house builder, she found herself connecting with people who wanted to do more in life but couldn’t because of housing expenses. With past experience of building, Lisa began to think tiny but affordable for living, thus Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses was created. Being able to help so many people feel that life is more than just a house payment has made her more motivated than ever to continue to spread tiny living at an affordable cost.

Along side Lisa is her partner, Gabe. Gabe has been apart of Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses for 4 years and has become quite an asset to the team. Her experience in details has helped Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses become a company you’ll always remember. After being a teacher’s assistant for special needs students for 5 years, Gabe realized that so many foster homes of students needed more space for kids and young adults to grow, so what better way to add more living space than with a tiny house! Gabe transitioned from teaching to helping Lisa provide tiny house living. Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses has provided living space for foster parents and children, fire victims, mother-in-law homes and much more.

Cool Beene’s Tiny Houses has built over 40 beautiful tiny houses and will continue to provide tiny house living at affordable cost because having a home shouldn’t feel like you can’t experience life and the memories it has to offer.
